We allows users to create folders under the cabinet. Some departments are nesting multiple folders under folders (like a filing cabinet) to manage their mail. I have noticed the policy does not do a very good job of cleaning these folders out. Is there a tool or vbscript already developed that would clean out folders created at the root of the mailbox and not just under the inbox?
Thanks

]]>In the last several years the evolution of enterprise e-mail software and systems has taken a giant leap forward – not only in user facing features, but also in the core elements of messaging infrastructure, deployment, scalability and operations. This is especially true for Exchange 2010, which opens new capabilities in nearly every area — from cost effective e-mail storage designs and disaster recovery options through scalable client connectivity and integration with cloud based services. All these new capabilities can be best observed on the example of one of the world’s largest Exchange 2010 enterprise deployments – Microsoft’s own. This keynote will provide an overview and a series of deep dives into the most interesting aspects of Exchange 2010 enterprise deployment and architecture at Microsoft. Come and join this session for a discussion around challenges, implemented solutions, best practices and lessons learned during the design and transition of the nearly 200,000 seat Microsoft’s messaging environment to Exchange 2010. Topics include: Exchange storage selection and design, disaster recovery solutions, scaling client access services, integrating with outlook.com hosted e-mail services and many more.

we're going to update our Quest RecoveryManager for AD. At the moment we have installed version 7.8.0.2148 and want to update to version 7.11.0. The release notes say that this is no problem.
Are there any known problems when performing an update from an older version do 7.11.0? Does anyone have some experiences with this?
best regards
Sebastian
I attended the session this year but did not get a copy of the template which I recall Gil referencing as part of the lab. I was wondering if it is possible to get a copy of that? Working through the lab was a great excercise and I think have the template or "run book" that was used could be a great help in building a plan for my team. The more important question I guess is this: Assuming I get my hands on this word document as was used in the lab do I have the authorized consent to use this at my place of work for a starting point in helping build a AD recovery document?
Thanks for a great lab Gil and team.
